One of our telco clients had a voucher solution implemented on their MongoDB database and they approached MDI to help with the retrieval of information into their analytical database. We created a simple ETL process with Talend that was gathering data on a daily basis.

One of our telecom customers widely use Amdoc billing platform for its daily activities. We constructed an ETL process with Alteryx to facilitate data collection ~10GB of data from V5 and V3 amdoc versions are fetched on a daily basis – SQL servers under the hood.

One partner in Australia asked MDI to extract data from cloud-based customer center software ‘Genesys PureCloud‘ in order for them to report on their activities. The MDI team implemented a solution that calls the PureCloud API on a periodical basis which transforms the data with Python and stores it in their MySQL database.

One of the largest MVNE’s serving +100 European B2B customers wanted to upgrade their reporting system for internal and external customers. They required a datastream towards SFTP for which we created an ETL process managed with Airflow in order to collect files with 15 different structures and build an analytical solution on top. On a daily basis, more than 2000 files are processed and nearly 30 different reports are populated.

A US-based client was at risk of missing project deadlines due to internal difficulties of pushing & pulling salesagent metrics to Salesforce. The MDI team came together and in 1 week time had a POC up and running. The following 2 weeks were dedicated to fully completing the integration of syncing the client’s data between Salesforce and local Postgres reporting database. On a daily basis there is a synchronization between 5 different table structures and even though the solution was meant to be temporary, it was operational and maintained by us for several years.
